Manages and coordinates activities of Payroll, engaged in processing of time records, maintaining payroll control records, calculate payroll and ensures that payroll is
processed timely and accurately.
Ensure all recruited employees payroll is timely and accurately posted and processed in the payroll system.
Ensure posting of transaction related to employees payroll details ( e.g. Vacations, transfers, absences, warnings, variable earnings & dedcution, housing advance etc.) are accurately entered into payroll system
Verify that all changes for employee salary, allowance, benefits or grade due to increments, promotions or transfer recorded in payroll system to another location as per approval and accurately
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of the employees End of Service Settlement in accordance with Company Policy & Procedures
Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of peridoic payroll reports to the relevant function / personnel.
Ensure confidentiality of all Payroll related items, transaction and reports.
Processing of Annual Leaves, Service Indemnity, Advances, Loan’s & Pre-Paid Housing, Preparing Head Count, Nationality Count, Transfers, and other related work.
Maintenance of Company Customised software MCBA & Payroll build on PRO IV. Development of various reports and procurement of Hardware and Servers for Corporate office and regions. Procurement of Workstation.Hardware maintenance. Impelmentation of Payroll System.
Responsible for Implementation of Inventory System and routine Inventory work and reporting system.
Responsible for Inventory control system and Payroll, development of various reports relating to payroll and inventory. Development of varience control system for inventory.
Responsible for Payroll and other systems
