Some of major responsibilities include:
• Preparation of Annual/Performa Budget and Cost controlling of investment activities.
• Monthly Budget monitoring and variance reporting to V.C SBKWU & top management.
• Funds management & identification of sources for investment proposals.
• Top plan long-term financial strategies of entire SBKWU and accordingly advice management.
• To conduct the feasibility/sensitivity studies of major capital projects.
• Long terms financial projections and strategic planning.
• To run the debt model of the SBKWU for internal borrowing/financing, & to prepare and analyze scenarios as per senior management’s guidance.

Some of Major responsibilities include;
• Monthly, quarterly and annual closing of GL and liaison with the external auditors.
• Monthly/annual cash forecast, cash flow statements & funds management.

• Maintenance of Financial information System (FIS)

• To scrutinize loan applications/ cases receive from Provincial Government / Banks and check loan documents.
• To inspect subordinate Banks in order to check their working and prepare their report.
• To deal with Accounting/ Book- Keeping
• To deal with official/staff matters regarding leave, salary and other payments etc.
• To arrange Board meetings of Directors.
