 Responsible for the implementation of Oracle Hyperion Cloud EPM (Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting & MI) and Quantum Treasury Management System
 Integration Management - Develop the Business Case, Project Charter & Project Governance Plan during initiation phase. Prepare work performance reports (RAG Status, Heat maps, Burn-down charts, Milestone Report, Finance Report, and Test Summary etc) for the project
 Stakeholder & Communication Management - Communicate right information at the right time to the team and all stakeholders. Update Project progress to all stakeholders in the weekly PMO and Steering committee meetings. Escalate issues to the management as and when support is required
 Vendor Management - Lead the RFP, Proposal valuation, Bidding and PO processes. Review and approve invoices, expenses and negotiate if required. Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback. Close / Terminate contracts upon project completion.
 Scope Management - Ensuring that the contractual deliverables are appropriately scoped in subsequent documentations like SRS, Traceability Matrix, SDS, Test Plan, Test Cases etc and tracked to closure.
 Schedule Management - Work with the team to produce activity list & dependency chart, estimate effort required for activity, assign resources and come up with a project schedule using MS-Project. Closely monitor progress of activities and help team to address issues and bring schedule back on track.
 Cost Management - Prepare project budget from activity costs using blended resource costs, prepare fund flow and invoicing forecasts. Ensure CPI is within the thresholds throughout the project.
 Quality Management - Ensure that the UAT is executed against a Test Strategy clearly defining test case scope, execution process & exit criteria for each testing phase and a Test Run plan.
 Risk Management - Maintaining the RAID Log up-to-date and actively monitor risks and follow-up action items to closure. Assist team in Risk Identification and mitigation.
