Extensive experience with the complete life cycle of Recruitment&Staff Augmentation process.
Responsible for full life cycle recruitment understanding the job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, follow-up till joining & job satisfaction after joining.
Handling the HR discussions and salary negotiating with the short-lists candidates and rolling out the Offer letters.
Qualifying candidates to identify a match between their aspirations, organizational goals and current business need.
Managing relationship with candidates to ensure smooth on-boarding.
Conducting requirement reviews with the hiring manager to understand the requirement and exchange status updates.
Prioritize the requirements and servicing them based on business criticality.
Responsible for ensuring talent processes comply with appropriate business controls
Reviewed staffing plans and provided inputs for identification of alternate resource pools.
Interacting with stakeholders of business with hiring managers to understand future requirements and formulate hiring plans thereby reducing turn around time in servicing business.
Vendor management and periodic assessment of vendor performance.
MIS handling and maintaining Smart Recruit data on a regular basis so as to ensure SLA compliance.
Recruiting responsibilities include, but are not limited to: develop a solid working relationship with the hiring manager, provide advice and counsel on job descriptions, execute sourcing strategies to create a diverse candidate pool for management consideration, conduct in-depth resume/candidate review and screening, pre-qualify candidates for consideration, and exercise professional judgment in matters related to the candidate and hiring manager relationship.
