Responsibilities:
 Liaise with various vendor profile companies and acquire business to the firm (through cold calling and marketing leads) in the form of sponsorship; Creating a platform for the buyers to meet with the relevant solutions providers from different industry verticals hence creating a perfect business platform while playing the role of a deal facilitator.
 Understand the market and provide feedback to the marketing team in-order to create the most effective marketing campaign for the respective business platforms.
 Liaise with the production team in order to create a perfect agenda that focuses and accommodates both the vendor’s (solution providers) and the delegate’s(buyers) interest specifically with respect to market information and scope of growth in specific markets.

Achievements:
 Was the top achiever in the Vendor Delegate Team for the event ‘Kingdom Mass Transit Summit’ held in Saudi Arabia.

 Was instrumental in achieving a turnover of over INR 600, 000 in a span of 4 months from the time of the first catering event with a sales conversion ratio of 85%.

 Monitoring Asian, European and American markets across various financial derivatives such as Foreign Exchange, Equity and Commodities on a daily basis in order to provide accurate calculations on the interest payable.
 Liaised with various paying agents in order to co-ordinate the total amount payable while ensuring the interpretation of the right formulae in case of structured notes.
 Assisted the commodities client relationship team as part of a coverage plan within the firm.
 Liaised with several banks for effective settlements of commodity trades while ensuring settlements were accurate to the description of the trade document.
Achievements:
 Created a tracking database that hosted the team’s contribution to the firm. This directly resulted in management taking steps towards automation and putting-up a process in place thus automating 60% of the manual work.
 Instrumental in executing the Financial notes database which aided the automation process.
