Role: • Run various ERP-SAP production modules
• Coordinate with the superiors to plan on daily tasks
• Ensure the stock availability of materials at warehouse.
• Verify the status of the items to differentiate the active and discontinue.
• Create P.O (STO) & D.N for the required items.
• Coordinate with the Inbound, Outbound & After sales team to ensure the delivery of the materials on time.
• Cross check the shipment and the quantity received are tallying with Delivery Note.
• Check the packing and marking are meeting with the standard level.
• Ensure information on damaged items is reported on time to the concerned departments.
• Complete Goods receipt through ERP-SAP after the accurate verification of the arrived shipment to avoid discrepancy.
• Ensures newly arrived stocks are properly moved to Storage locations.
• Run various ERP-SAP modules to perform internal inventory to correct the stock.
• Perform the QC check on the items ready to dispatch.
• Create P.O (STO), D.N & IBD for the outbound shipment.
• Ensure to complete Good issue on time through ERP- SAP to eliminate discrepancy.
• Update the completed pictures are uploaded to ERP-SAP as per the time line.
Carry out the periodical inventory by cycle count procedure to maintain the stock.
Agility Logistics (PWC / Agility Logistics)
Agility Logistics, Kuwait (February 2008 - Till Date) US Military Defence Distribution Depot Kuwait, Southwest Asia (DDKS) & Defence Logistics Agency (DLA): DDKS Site provided Logistical Solutions to US Military which is its prime Customer which stores around 88, 000 NSN into 8 Warehouses, 7 Open Plots, and 1 Storage Shade area occupying 6 Million sq.ft total storage space. It functions through Fully RF automated "Paperless process" and APOD facility numbered 601.
Quality controller -worked as Quality Controller at Agility Logistics (DDKS) from 1 February 2008 to 31 August 2011.
Role: • Ensures received materials are tallying with those verified by Warehouseman.
• Ensures the information regarding damaged material is reported using Supply Discrepancy report.
• Ensures Materials with no relevant documents/paperwork is filled on DD Form 40 and send to the Customer for further processing. (operation cell)
• Ensures 100% check is carried out on recently moved materials within the warehouse using Exceed RMA report.
• Counting and Confirming Shortage or over-receipt materials before handing over the same issue to Stock controller.
• Identifying materials under storage requiring COSIS.
• Verify for NSN's and quantity picked and sorted by Warehouseman are tallying with 1348.
• Check the quality of Packing, marking and labelling is done correctly.
• Run various Exceed reports during the stages of picking, sorting & dispatching to ensure quality and quantity dispatch.
• Coordinate with the warehouse internal inventory team for doing various cycle counts.
• Reporting Discrepancies to Supervisor for possible corrective actions.
• Updating and Maintaining Warehouse Assets record.
• Updating & Filling all IMS records correctly.
• Ensures information on damaged material is reported using SDR/TDR forms.
• Ensures new stocks are properly moved to Yard Storage locations.
• Runs various Exceed reports during the stages of picking, sorting & dispatching.
• Update and Maintain Assets record and all IMS records correctly for Yard /Plot # 7.
• Cross check Receiving Tally Sheet with the physical quantities on 1348.
• Runs various Exceed reports to find out the expiry of shelf life items and carry out upgrading and downgrading respectively.
• Ensures the 100% LIVE SHIPMENT CHECKING is performed accurately for preventing the discrepancy.
• Ensures the materials ready to go to OUTBOUND are according to FIFO & FEFO.
• Draw up the HAZDEC for dangerous goods as per the mode of shipment.
• Ensures the materials belongs to dangerous goods are having proper declaration according to IATA/ICAO, AFMAN &IMDG.of dangerous goods.
• Verifies the labelling, marking and the recertification of dangerous goods are performed before sending to OUTBOND.
• Ensures and identify the Materials are moved to OB air pallet area / Containers as per the mode of shipment.
• Ensures all received materials from Warehouses have drop id and relevant paperwork
• Ensures all bulk & DG materials moved to lines directly have CATT MSL fixed on it.
• Countercheck all Drop Id numbers are captured while consolidating in tri-wall boxes.
• Ensures materials placed on air pallets are properly secured.
• Ensures the materials going through courier service are moved properly to the small parcel area.
• Verifies the courier shipments are inducted in the CATT and fixed CATT MSL accurately.
• Cross check the address and the documentation of courier shipments are done as per the given information before shipping out.
• Ensures the proper induction of TCSP materials.
• Verifies the Cross docking of multi container are carried out appropriately.

• Received numerous training on Material Handling Equipments such as, Reach Truck (RT), Order Picker (OP), LT (PPT), CBE 2 Ton, CBD 3 Ton, CBE 5Ton, JCB 2.5 Ton, Manitou CBD 2.5 Ton, CBD 10 Ton & CBD15 Ton.
• Successfully attended training of "49 CFR Hazardous Materials Transportation" and certified from JEB Environmental Services, LLC.
