Worked for Expo 2020 couple of projects when crucial stage for handing over. Specially worked in Russian pavilion where following activities were mainly focused.
CCTV, WIFI, Access control, BMS, Fire Alaram, HVAC, .
Worked as MEP project manager in the uae most prestigious and iconic project Expo 2020 UAE pavilion. Project is falcon shape structure with wings can be operate open and close. Overall value of the project is near to 500 mln upon completion and 150mln for MEP only.
Working as Sr. Construction Manager -MEP Since April, 2014 by Arabtec-CCC-JV (D&B Contractor) for the Abu Dhabi Plaza being constructed in the Capital City of Kazakhstan. The $1.6 billion mixed-use Commercial scheme which consist 382m High Central Asia's tallest tower. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2019.
Plan and monitor the construction progress, and provide periodic progress report.
Liaise with clients at each stage of the work to ensure proper compliance with all technical aspects of the contract
Review all engineering design drawings of the project before passing them for implementation.
Review all the variation work and to comply as per the contract clauses.
Review all the material submittals and to ensure it comply as per specification.
To monitor all discipline and to coordinate with civil with all respect.
Reviewed method statement and ITP
Tracking and resolutions of non-conformances
Discuss and resolve daily site problems with site teams.
Ensure proper output in terms on quality and quantity of work, with safe working methods
Supervise the implementation of health and safety procedures
Ensure the premises are maintained to company standards
Review quality plan, , tracking and resolutions of non-conformances, assisting in drawing up a Project Execution Plan. Monitoring the output of the design consultant against their program and ensure all deliverables are met.
Reviewed method statement and ITP Site supervisions, Ensure the Contractor’s compliance with the Contract Documents. Inspect all workmanship and material. Coordination with main and all sub-contractors. Documentation management of files, correspondence, records and designated forms. These records include all reports on work force, equipment, progress, safety, etc. Preparation of the daily, weekly and monthlyReports.Ensure activities, meeting, reviews, rectification measures, and accident reports are included in the Monthly Progress Report. Inspect safety conditions and inform the Contractor of construction safety violations and follow up action to be taken.

Dealing with Consultant with all respects.

Testing and Commissioning of main Pumps and Jockey Pumps for Sprinkler, Hydrant and Pneumatic System.
Preparing and Submitting of As Built Drawings and Operation Manual for Client, bill of quantities, progress report, Final close out documents
Dealing with Consultant with all respect.
Award with red diploma and get offer to continue for Phd.
