Proficient in carrying out electrical activity and preparing effective bill of quantity (BOQ) of electrical item.
Costing of instrumentation items as per the tender requirement.
Preparing technical queries such as details of drawing, missing document, site visit report and scope of work.
Preparing of electrical load list for tender.
Preparing of design sheet for HT/LT panel, transformer sizing, bus bar sizing, diesel generator sizing, cable tray sizing calculation, voltage drop calculation, earthing calculation, lighting calculation etc.
Review of client commercial and technical requirement for proposal, Documentation/submission and co-ordination with procurement for vendor offer.
Participate Pre-bid meetings with consultant and clients for the clarification of technical details.
Participate in Bid submission.
Prepare value Engineering Proposal.
Revise costing for the post tender clarification received.
Prepare final contract BOQ based on the agreed contract value.
Preparation of documents for Variations if there are any changes in the drawings/specifications/Bill of Quantities or in agreed contract scope of work.
Maintaining tracking/monitoring sheets for all ongoing, submitted & successful tender.
