- Responsible for developing, managing, and controlling all aspects of planning for maintenance work.
- Review all completed job orders and ensure items requiring follow-up are acted on appropriately and
assist in tracking these actions to completion.
- Secure and analyze quotations and recommend suppliers concerning cost, quality and delivery
competitiveness for assigned responsibilities.
- Attend planning meetings, coordination meetings and schedule review meetings and be prepared to
actively participate as required.
- Maintenance including Rotating equipment and stationary equipment.
(Pumping systems, Fire systems, Boiler plants, Medical gas systems, Power plants and Laundry equipment.)
- Maintenance and repairer of rotating (Pumps, Turbine, and Compressor) and stationary equipment.
- Provide technical guidance to the maintenance team.
- Identify vibrations of rotating equipment.
- Planned Preventive maintenance.
- SMP & OMS.
- Occupational Safety and Health.
- Maintenance of heat exchangers.
- Bearing and lubrication.
- Pump maintenance.
- Boiler maintenance.
- Compressor maintenance.
- Steam turbine maintenance.
