As a Fullfilment Leader I m responsible for developing and securing fulfilment of products through all sales channels in Ikea like (CLICK & COLLECT, LOCKERS, IN STORE PICKING PROCESS, PAY & GO, DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY etc..) with great lead times, availability and quality at lowest possible costs to enable an affordable price. Taking the lead and overall responsibility for operational excellence, performance and development of the logistics processes to and within the logistics units and stores within the markets. Enabling preconditions, securing availability and efficient execution of the replenishment and the customer order fulfilment processes in the stores.
Leads and develops the Order and Collection Point (OCP) to achieve company goals and standards, delivering an efficient and profitable operation in line with the IKEA.
Verifies and maintains records of incoming and outgoing goods in a warehouse or distribution center and prepares goods for dispatch.
Planning and dimensioning of the allocated Commercial Areas for the new stores
- Implement strategies and techniques in the commercial brief for the range presentation .
- the commercial and visual expressions - tops sellers, 3 Aces and King are all well prioritized

- Implement the commercial plans with the Store teams within the agreed timelines and to a high quality.
Ensure working methods, basic action routines and range information are understood and carried out in order to achieve objectives.
* Identify, address and develop needs of the team in order to manage succession planning.
* Ensure a safe/ secure work & shopping environment for co-workers and visitors in the Self Serve area through training & implementation of safety/ security procedures.
