To ensure that all documents are legal, valid, binding and enforceable and that all conditions precedents are in line with the credit committee decision.
Checks all credit facility documentation physically for all NBK customers, particularly Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Institutional and Foreign customers in order to maintain credit controls.
Check and verifies all work performed by the Quality Assurance Officer in order to ensure accuracy of work.
Assist the Quality Assurance Officer with a view to ensure that work carried out by them is as per standard operating procedures.
Ensure the implementation of the Facilities in line with Bank’s credit policy and CBK guidelines.
Carries out all credit committee decisions, liaises as necessary with corporate customers and internal stakeholders such as Corporate Banking etc. for facilitating Credit Operation services efficiently.
To keep up to date with the current industry’s best practices and benchmarks and follow-up developments in the field.
Review and approve implementation of facilities upon receipt of signed documents by customer.
•Ability to identify the risk involved in documentation cases that need special attention and prompt action.
1- Set up Loans (Raise, Renew, Increase, and Settle).
2- Set up APNs (Raise, Renew, and Settle).
3- Set up Limits (New, Renewal, and Delete).
4- Update the Collateral System (Shares, Real Estate, Insurance Policies, and FD’s).
5- Update the Economic Sector code.
6- Set up or update the Management Remarks in the system.
7- Update Special Pricing of non-cash facilities.
8- Reallocation of Limits.
9- Rollover of foreign currency interest rate.
10- Request evaluation of Real Estates.
11- Adding Assignment of Contract in System as a Collateral.
12- End of month reports.
And other tasks..
Selling life and health insurance policies.
