Quality Control Engineer is intended to monitor the product chemistry and internal & surface quality.
Handling the customer complaints related to the product failure in terms of surface or internal defects in addition to the chemical deviation issues.
Releasing the products that meet the customer specifications by cooperation with Quality Assurance.
Monitor the Quality System and ensure its predictability to the quality of product .
Issue the report of performance of Quality Control on monthly basis.
Conduct awareness Sessions to QC staffs on EHSS / L2 / L3 / Quality Control system.
Establish and implement a method to tune the quality prediction system.
Improve the quality control system in QC section.
LIMS with a supervisor privilege.
