I am working for Sankyu Saudi Arabia (logistic and operation corporation partner with ARAMCO, Petro Rabigh, and Oman.) as Acting supervisor accountant.
My work there involves variety of assignments such as:
1. Account payable. Including all the subcategory such as: supervising all related entries, following payment, reconciling statement, closing the month, booking expense and cost of salles, etc.
2. Account receivable. Including all salles. And estimated salles. Calculating VAT and Zakat for the government.
3. Supervising payroll which include booking all related entries such as salary, deduction, ticket, solving any problem related to payroll, dividing the cost of employee to the related project
4. Reporting Projects, analyzing budget for the next year.
5. Help solving any issue with commercial department regarding any invoices related to the project and related parties.
6. Stocktaking of the assets for the company and reporting to the finance manger and the board.
