ð Responsibilities \ Achievements.
▪️ Monitoring and evaluate daily operations activities and ensure proper planning execution.
▪️Manage, motivate and grow people to achieve team goals.
▪️Lead, overseen and participate with the team during physical and system operation functions. receiving, shipping, storing and issuing of product, inventory/fixed assets, maintain receiving and inventory control records and prepare related reports.
▪️Ensure that all stock items are properly categorized, marked, provide recommendations on storage space requirements, stock quantities and proper methods of stock control and storage.
ð» Operate Fusion Cloud Applications system with all transactions types related Warehouses and Logistics.
ð» Operate ERP system with all transactions types related Warehouses and Logistics.
▪️ Monitoring the fast & slow moving items.
▪️ Monitor team performance & report on metrics.
▪️ Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
▪️Daily, weekly, 2 months, yearly physical cycle count inventory and compare with system and report are submitted to WH Controller.
▪️Maintain the Daily Records of Inbound & Outbound Shipment of SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)
▪️Material planning, inventory control system.
ð Objectives Hajj season.
• To arrange a small hub store in Makkah.
• To speed up the operation and reaching the items immediately to Mobily POS during Hajj season due to closing of Makkah city in the season.
• To fulfill the partners requirements during Hajj season.
• To managing, create, provide the orders for Mobily products to partners and outlets. Make analysis Daily Sales Face Value by daily basis and send to high management.
ð§ Email communication flow up related all transactions and issue @ warehouse & logistics.
▪️Check safety quality security clean line maintenances.
