- Conduct primary and secondary market analysis for different industries in the GCC.
- Prepare feasibility studies, business plans, strategic plans, etc. for several clients in the GCC.

• Key project team member for a project with the Supreme Coucil of Information Communications and Technology (ICT Qatar).
The project aims to connect a remote community with Qatar and make the community members part of the economic growth of Qatar through ICT.
• Key project coordinator for the Supply Chain Management Programme, which is fully funded by Tamkeen and is implemented by Bahrain International Retail Development Center.
The responsibilities undertaken for this project are as follows:
- Initial outline and blueprint of the project was closely monitored with Tamkeen which included Marketing material, course outline, evaluation forms, course duration, etc.
- Managing candidates sourcing, screening, and short listing.
- Conducting monthly presentations to potential candidates to be enrolled in the programme (presentations held in official societies and venues)
- Mentoring the selected candidates in-line with the institute instructors.
- Ensuring progression of each candidate on a weekly basis.
- Managing reports of any issues closely with Tamkeen.
• Defined Key Performance Indicators for junior and managerial positions for a leading owner managed business in the Kingdom of Bahrain
• Conducted information gathering interviews in order to develop Job Descriptions and Functional Descriptors for a leading contracting group in Bahrain.
• Trained and mentored new employees with regards to Oracle ERP system, HR Policies and Procedures and Financial Auditing.
Key project coordinator for a $2.9 Million Supply Chain Management Programme, which is fully funded by Tamkeen and training is provided by Bahrain International Retail Development Center.
- Lead projects involving Anti-Money Laundering Reviews
- Built awareness of the own firm’s strategy, financial targets, guidelines, and operated within these perimeters.
- Audited several institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
