Department coordinator & assistant to help out with daily department tasks as well as online social media presence in office & remotely.

In this role dealt with vendors & customers, relayed the design updates and inquiries to the IT department, the designers of the apps and coordinated meetings. Looked for potential vendors and set up meetings, all communications were via email, phone and a portal created for each client. The role was mainly a remote position.
Assistant manager remotely dealing with the affiliate hotel Springhill suites by the Marriot, making sure all staff had proper online training, and up to date skills of the standards of the affiliation to the Marriott hotel. Handling all new hire Zoom training & answered employee inquiries when the office manager was unavailable during the pandemic.
Account manager for all new hires, handled keeping and tracking personal information and ensuring all training was complete via Zoom & tracking progress of all sale agents for Spectrum. This was a 3rd party group of consultants hired to create door to door sale agents all over America during the pandemic. This position was fully remote.
Content management research of new clients and vendors & development in the implementation of the app, getting the word out, social media control & bugs and tech checks to ensure a smooth booking. Also learned a lot about app creation and functionality with the team. This position was remote & was task oriented.
Was hired to create content for social media pages as well as proofread the English on the site, create content with content ideas, and more!
The Cube mall Xcite store in Kuwait, made sure all staff on the floor had all the setups right, and the displays working. Responding to all new communication of prices & making sure they
are updated daily on the floor and the system. Had to hold meetings with all sales representatives on any updates from HQ.
