Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts like VIP and Royal by comprehending their requirements and accordingly promoting the company products, solutions and/or services.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and achieve growth targets within assigned key accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate with various internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and promote its products and services.
