•Due Diligence: Played a pivotal role in the due diligence, valuation, made by IFC. To expand and Increase the company’s financial capacity as a result of wining tender in Iraq.

•Effectively reduced Debtor’s Sales Outstanding by 60% including collections received from clients who had not been followed up over years.
•Improved the new ERP system through implemented Microsoft dynamic GP system into the business which led to improved integrated reporting, quicker and more accurate information

•Prepared monthly and quarterly reports for the Capacity Building project MOSD and discuss it with Country management, Ministry, and with representative from University of Wales - Swansea.
•Designed and delivered training for MoSD staff working on the project in basic financial planning and budgeting (to plan their budgets and make the “value for money” judgments.
