-Company staff new uniforms selection & procurement.
-Involves in multiple projects simultaneously & ensures any deviations from constraints are monitored & fixed.
-Communicates effectively in Arabic or English, generates Lessons Learned & keeps records & files through project life cycle.
Customer Service Management:
-Develop Satisfaction Surveys, database & generation of reports & statistics.
-Analyzes Customer perception & monitor trends & any deviation from Targeted values..
-Follows up on the status of Complaints & analyze trends of After Sales Service Satisfaction.
• Coordinate QMS & Documentation at the Shop issues and liaise with Quality Manager at HQ to prepare for ISO 9001 Certification.
• Analyzes users requirements of systems that contribute to business improvement.
