Job Profile
Promote the company’s services and sell holiday products such as Air tickets, tourist visa, hotel bookings, airport
transfers, tour excursions and transportation to customers.
Build long-term relationships with existing clients to retain business & Developing new business and generating
new sales leads to increase new business opportunities.
Handing corporate presentations, documents, proposals to meet expectations of the corporate customers and for
signing contracts/ agreements.
Implementing marketing strategy, sales plan to ensure Company’s sales goals are achieved.
Reporting issues, feedback to management for the purpose of enhancing quality of service.
Market analyzing/ research, monthly sales report and reviewing business plans.
Representing the company at events and exhibitions with the intention of gaining new business leads and contacts.
Interacting within organization “Management, Operations team & Finance Dept”.
Internet marketing - Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube.
Coordinating with suppliers for Holiday Packages, Hotel booking, Tours & Transfers.
Designing and Promoting inbound, outbound holiday packages & UAE Tours.
Successfully managing the sales process and Operations of Inbound, Outbound packages, excursions and other
activities related to travel products.
Attending ATM to establish and maintain relationships with international & local Suppliers for healthy business growth.
Following up outstanding payments from corporate accounts and B2B agents
Handling online hotel booking & Ticketing portals (DOTW, GTA, Top travel trip, TBO, Rezlive, Air Arabia, Air
India Express, Fly Dubai, etc.).
Handling all tourist visa applications and tracking the same with PRO. Monitoring visa application on Moifawri, EDNRD provided portal for travel companies.
