Job Profile
Promote the company’s services and sell holiday products such as Air tickets, tourist visa, hotel bookings, airport
transfers, tour excursions and transportation to customers.
Build long-term relationships with existing clients to retain business & Developing new business and generating
new sales leads to increase new business opportunities.
Handing corporate presentations, documents, proposals to meet expectations of the corporate customers and for
signing contracts/ agreements.
Implementing marketing strategy, sales plan to ensure Company’s sales goals are achieved.
Reporting issues, feedback to management for the purpose of enhancing quality of service.
Market analyzing/ research, monthly sales report and reviewing business plans.
Representing the company at events and exhibitions with the intention of gaining new business leads and contacts.
Interacting within organization “Management, Operations team & Finance Dept”.
Internet marketing - Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube.
Coordinating with suppliers for Holiday Packages, Hotel booking, Tours & Transfers.
Designing and Promoting inbound, outbound holiday packages & UAE Tours.
Successfully managing the sales process and Operations of Inbound, Outbound packages, excursions and other
activities related to travel products.
Attending ATM to establish and maintain relationships with international & local Suppliers for healthy business growth.
Following up outstanding payments from corporate accounts and B2B agents
Handling online hotel booking & Ticketing portals (DOTW, GTA, Top travel trip, TBO, Rezlive, Air Arabia, Air
India Express, Fly Dubai, etc.).
Handling all tourist visa applications and tracking the same with PRO. Monitoring visa application on Moifawri, EDNRD provided portal for travel companies.
Handling inbound & outbound packages Sales & Operations (B2B, B2C).
Organizing FIT and GIT leisure packages for the walk-in customer & corporate clients.
Organizing land arrangements with-in Malaysia & Singapore.
Contracting with hotels in Malaysia, Singapore and updating hotel rates.
Analyze customers' preferences and determine sales potential to increase profits.
Establish a marketing and advertising plan with direction and a goal working with the marketing, media group and
approved by executive management.
Dealing with suppliers/Sub agents for the corporate price and negotiation.
Customizing itineraries and quoting to walk-in clients.
Efficiently dealing with complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.
Handling Third Party Products like DOTW, Asia travel, Online Beds for Hotel bookings.
Preparing the quote in the corporate format and the itinerary.
Preparing cost sheet and account related papers in respect to the sales acquired.
Escorting corporate conference tours and events when required.
Accord highest attention to customers, Advise about passports, visas, foreign currency, insurance, vaccinations, car
hire abroad, etc.
Handling international & domestic Sales & Operations.
Planning & Designing itineraries for customized leisure holiday packages.
Preparing itineraries as per the client requirements and to promotional advertisements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the Sales Plan and support the BDM and Marketing team.
Dealing with customer complaints by taking prompt action and offer the best possible solutions.
Attending phone calls from suppliers, hotel reservation, sub-agents.
Liaise with different departments to coordinate activities, exchange information, and resolve issues and concerns
and to ensure timely implementation of objectives.
Attending the client meets and corporate conferences to achieve business.
Respond to customer service requests and assist travelers with all needs.
To remain base point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedbacks, requests etc.
Preparing Tailor made Special Packages for GIT.
Organizing transportation, visa & hotel bookings.
Reporting Daily “Sales enquiry & Sales Report in addition with Operation update”.
Coordinating with HR department & Organizing travel schedules as per requirement.
Liaising with the travel agents for booking flight tickets & Hotels.
Ensure all services booked by Tour Operators are charged for as per negotiated contracts/tariffs.
Arranging reservations, transportation for workers, staff & Management.
Making sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals and service are
satisfactory
Make sure invoice and payment are marked accurately.
Reviewing and approving payable & Tracking expenditures.
Collecting and reporting “ performance metrics, Time and attendance documentation.
Providing administrative support and records maintaining relating to operations, security, insurance, medical,
Timing, alarms, Safety seminars, sports day arrangements, etc.
Preparing reports and presentations, Conducting Inventory Procedures & regulations.
