Plan, organize, conduct operational and compliance for Cash and Valuable In Transit operations.
Demonstrates critical thinking and performs analytical procedures using available resources to determine potential problem areas to be reviewed during CVIT Operation.
Ensures the effectiveness of the scope of the operation on all jobs to which assigned; expands or decreases the operation tests commensurate with the operation findings.
Proposes changes to operation processes to management, and implements changes as requested by Senior management.
Develops operation plans for applicable operation projects and review the objectives, risks/exposures, and scope with Senior management.
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures under federal and state regulations

Appraises the effectiveness of company internal controls relative to the safeguarding of assets and adherence to sound business practices and company policy
Oversees the completion of operation procedures performed by assigned staff.
Conducts detailed reviews of other staff members' operation work as appropriate.
Meets with and/or communicates with customer regularly. Reviews the operation results with any other assigned staff and operation senior management.
At the conclusion of each daily, Weekly, Monthly operation, presents operation findings to management by conducting exit conferences. Stresses the importance of improved internal operation control and compliance certain government regulations
Prepares clear, concise, and objective reports of findings and recommendations for management consideration in deciding policy for present and future operation.
Stays abreast of company policies and procedures by reviewing established policy manuals and policy revisions.

Running day to day CIT operations of Dubai and Northern Emirates.
Assisting Div Manager CIT in planning, coordination and managing all CIT business.
Ensure that all orders and instructions received from Div. Manager CIT are timely communicated to all CIT staff and ensure its implementation.
Ensure all services take place as per the laid down SOP’s and instructions of the company.Ensure good Staff turnout, discipline and adherence to laid down SOPs.
Liaise with logistics for roadworthy CIT vehicles.
Ensure timely dispatch of all operational and administrative reports and returns to Manager CIT.
Initiate all requisitions in line with operational and administrative requirements of the department
Perform any other task as assigned by Manager CIT.
Ensure smooth running of CIT daily operations.
Ensure that the entire team member are trained & capable of reacting to emergencies as per laid down in SOP’s.
Ensure all service being proposed are properly documented.
Assist the CIT Manager/Operation manager in all CIT operation matter.
Arrange & Manage the vehicles & Crew during CIT operation.
Liaison with CMC -Banks - Customer for smooth functioning of CIT operation.
Ensure proper training of the crew.
Adjustment of the staff according to the operation required. Staff Transfer /Staff leave.
Update the routes geographically keeping in view the operation requirement
Maintain the customer record, New Customer-Customer Briefing-Customer Query.
