Monitor subcontractor’s performance, material, manpower and ensure that they deliver their
respective work on schedule.

Responsibilities
Finishing works for luxury villas ( 96 villas).
Manage my finishing team and coordinate with technical office for SD.
Doing progress tracker and following up the work schedule with subcontractors and management.
Manage the site, supervision subcontractors, tool box talks, site setups and site safety inductions.
Attending meetings and competently communicate with the Engineer & Subcontractors.
Helps prepare all necessary records and documents for Project Claims and Extension of Time
approval.
Guaranteed works are executed within the shop drawings, specifications, and method of statements.
Budget 1.13 Billion AED.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the
general workforce involved in the project.
