• Create high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate and easy
to use.
• Ensure top-notch documentation.
• Work independently to create and revise existing technical content in a fastpaced environment.
• Close collaboration with Technical Leads (TLs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
and partners/consultants to gather information needed to write assigned sections.
• Work with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to develop and
write information for new product releases and service sector requests; including
online help, printed manuals, release notes, product overviews, and other product
information as required.
• Implement guidelines and best practices following the accessibility standard to
maintain accessible websites.
• Experience using assistive technologies including screen readers, screen
magnification, alternative keyboard inputs etc.
• Widespread experience on Accessibility standards & Laws: WCAG 2.0 & 2.1,
ADA section 508 and WAI-ARIA.
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services; including blog
articles, website copy, case studies, sales collateral.
• Edit text for technical clarity, accuracy, grammar, consistent terminology, and
style.
• Participate in marketing meetings to estimate content requirements and
deadlines, setup SME interviews for service area expertise, work within
marketing calendar to anticipate upcoming requests and deliver content within
needed timelines.
