o Mapping in terms of job profile, roles and skills required of Hospitality industry.
o Have been involved in research and recruitments of middle and top-level positions.
o Working on retained search and screening for best candidates for top level positions for clients.
o Conducting phone screens to determine if candidates are general fits with our opportunities as well as reviewing technical skills.
o Database Handling (Regular Updation & New Registrations)
o Scheduling for interviews
o Sourcing, resumes through various channels like Job sites, Database, referrals, Network and through all the available resources.
o Follow up with the selected candidates for further rounds of interviews.
o Study / Analysis of resumes & categorization under proper heads based on client requirement parameters.
o Forward short listed candidates to Functional head.
