Responsible for administration of requisitions, receipt and issue of all the materials and the maintenance of inventory control & • Spares, Handling Tools and equipment in consent with the department heads at location keeping the lead time in mind.
Responsibilities for all day to day activities like Material receipts, issues, and binning, inventory as per specification and guidelines.
Stock checking for accuracy of Inventory, Receiving Material’s according to purchase order. Inspecting materials according to their packing list & Maximo Applications.
• Diploma in computer Applications. Job Responsibility: • Responsibilities for all day to day activities like Material receipts, issues, and binning, inventory as per specification and guidelines. • Preparing reports for all kinds of Transactions. Processing receipts and issues in the system through Maximo Applications. • Stock checking for accuracy of Inventory, Receiving Material's according to purchase order. Inspecting materials according to their packing list & Maximo Applications. • Binning the material in their respective location or Bin's. • Maintaining a good housekeeping. • Follow up with purchasing, Users and vendors regarding the delivery and inspection of materials. • Maintaining & keeping records of daily crane & movement for receiving, shipping of Containers.
