I was serving as reference point for all IT Operations Management. Responsible for organizing, centralizing, summarizing, documenting all the process of Network & Systems units.
• Manage the daily IT operations including data center infrastructure (network, servers, databases, storage, IP telephony, conference systems, backups, etc.),

Managing, Trouble Shooting and Administration of the Network of University.
Directly responsible to maintain standards and quality of the Network Products
and IT related products & services for the university.
Prepare Standards and Guidelines for network implementation and Servers, identify
appropriate techniques, for cable and equipment installation, maintenance,
monitoring and performance improvement Documentation of the complete infrastructure for each building in the campus.
Coordinate LAN/WAN network implementation projects, maintain project control
plan and report project progress to management.
