My current responsibility as training section head as below :
•Establish objectives and target of Training Division to ensure full compliance of departmental key performance indicators.
•Monitor, measure and report training and development plan and achievement within agreed format and timescales.
•Monitor and evaluate training resources and propose improvement based on the feedback of direct reports and personal observation
•Communicate and deal with internal and international vendors for coordination of trainings for the development of organization and ensuring employees’ effectiveness.
•Track and report On-Job-Training progression of all trainees. Identify areas of improvement via constant communication and visit to affiliates where OJT take place.
•Ensure appropriate agreement for OJT in place to avoid any interruption for trainees development program
• Leading in-house english training program.
•Leading PDP program.
•Leading Mentoring program.
•Leading new learning management system in Saudi Kayan
•Coordinating all external training courses.
i started as lab tech and promoted through the years to be a senior lab technician and at the same time i was acting shift supervisor before I leave the company.
