3) Gulf Dining and Promotions Program 2017
Various discounts, special offers and privileges at over 300 renowned merchants, restaurants and coffee shops in Kuwait.

4) Gulf Bank Entertainer Mobile App (Till end of 2017)
The 1st mobile and Geo-Locator application in Kuwait for instant “Buy 1 Get 1 free” offers in Kuwait, UAE, London and hotels over 25 countries worldwide in coordination with Entertainer.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

LOYALTY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
- Setup the Business activities for all New Cards Loyalty Programs.
- Manage the Loyalty Programs relations with Local & International vendors for Gulf Points and Gulf Dining & Promotions Programs.
- Manage all relevant operational procedures and instructions of the Loyalty Programs inorder to carry out the work in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Manage and setup of the operational activities of the Loyalty Programs and consumer enrollment.
- Manage the Loyalty Programs campaigns to generate interest, increase brand Loyalty and drive repeat business among GBK customer base, primarily targeting vulnerable customers or high risk areas to create and optimize long term customer relation.
- Manage the setup of the Loyalty Programs help desk/call center and monitor the nature of customer interface in coordination with customer service team.
- Understand the customer mindset, competitive landscape and business dynamics to determine optimal acquisition channels, messages and offers.
- Manage the performance and efficient functioning of Loyalty Programs software.
- Manage the development of success metrics, analyze results and report findings.
- Create the training materials of all Loyalty Programs and the ongoing related communications.
- Manage the creation of front-line communications, guidance and insight for merchandising, advertising, point of sale and marketing communication efforts.
- Manage guidance on responding to customer queries.
- Develop and manage New Loyalty Programs related initiatives.
- Manage the preparation of all required documentations, contracts for all Loyalty Programs participated merchants.
- Efficiently respond to customer queries and complaints.
- Manage, Plan and coordinate the communication plan with the Marketing related to all Loyalty Programs.
- Manage all the Marketing materials, activities, website additions, website changes and creative designs of the Loyalty Programs.
- Assist in development of success metrics, analyze results and report findings.
- Ensure consistent and systematic use of ‘Best Practices’.
- Manage the documentation and obtain approvals of Policies and Procedures of the Loyalty Programs including inquiries, redemption through various channels, agreements with participated merchants.

CARD PRODUCTS MANAGEMENT
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure targeted launch and widespread exposure for product consumption.
- Manage and Develop of existing and new products.
- Contribute by creating and delivering product marketing plans driving improvements in performance, customer propositions and capability across the key channels.
- Ensure continuous product management through improving the marketing mix.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure targeted launch and widespread exposure for product consumption.
- Coordinate for various project launches with Marketing, Operations, Legal and IT.
- Track and review performance of new promotions, highlighting gaps to the Head of Cards and ensuring optimum closure.
- Communicate with card associations like VISA and MasterCard to enable services and promotions to enhance GB cards proposition.
