Screen all notifications in assigned area of responsibility
to see that the notifications accurately define the scope
of work, meets the criteria for the assigned priority, and is
a valid request for work to be performed by maintenance
personnel and financed by the applicable maintenance
expense budget.
* Converts notifications into maintenance orders (MO) and
creates a maintenance work plan. Secures additional
information prior to converting the notification into a
maintenance order.
* Create detailed job plans for all MOs in area of
responsibility, except emergency MOs, via SAP. Detailed
job plans could include field walk survey or evaluation.
* Following execution of the work, certain critical
information is recorded for future reference including
correction of any parts related data, identification of the
failure code for the work involved, capture of any data
specific to the job and included in the SAP record, close
out (TECO) of the MO.
* Create and maintain database of planned ready-to-work
MOs to be used in the daily/weekly or mini-outage
scheduling processes.
* Create and publish weekly Key Performance Indicator
(KPI).
* Prepares material issue request and arrange for its
delivery to the area engineers.
* Assigning dedicated contract manpower and arranging
material for daily PM and corrective jobs.

Receive all electronic notifications in SAP and converts
them to work orders. Interact with maintenance and other
end user for all material related issues.
* Schedules the daily activities and communicates to area
engineers / specialists.
* Create Task lists & PM's when applicable for repetitive
work.
* Review work order backlog for material status.
* To assists maintenance department for technical
validation of material pre and post-procurement.
* Maintaining backlogs, improving job plans and resource
optimization.
* Assigning dedicated contract manpower and arranging
material for daily PM and corrective jobs.
* Preparing weekly maintenance performance and KPI
reports.
* Prepare purchase requisitions (PR), Purchase Order and
close out all purchases in SAP.
* Monitoring critical spares parts.
* Prepares material issue request and arrange for its
delivery to the area engineers.
* Coordinates for all local purchase of miscellaneous items
like workstation spares, tool etc.
* Develop and maintain single cycle and strategic planning
of equipment's in SAP.
* Ensure that all maintenance planning activities support
the business needs.

* Shutdown planning, Scheduling, Tracking, Controlling &
Reporting.
* Material requirements preparation and resource
estimation for the shutdown jobs.
* Prepare purchase requisitions (PR), Purchase Order and
close out all purchases in SAP.
* Yearly Budget preparation CAPEX and OPEX in alignment
with Maintenance and Operations.
* Pre- shutdown jobs (Long lead items tracking, MOC
status planning, scheduling, & issuing weekly progress
report to the concerned.
