• Managing a comprehensive fleet utilization, maintenance and repair program for the Company’s automotive, , power unites and heavy trucks and pivots and machinery equipments.
• Monitoring and controlling spares purchase & stock level.
• Monitoring and controlling the running cost (Fuel and spare parts cost) of fleet.
• Ensuring “Cost Saving”- - wherever possible without compromising on quality and safety.
• Preparing fleet repair & maintenance budget for the following year.
• Managing all personnel issues related to fleet Staff (vacations scheduling, contract renewals, performance appraisal, induction, etc
• Directing and coordinating the activities of supervisory and lead personnel, and providing overall management of Company Fleet Operations.
• Working closely with Company department heads or their representatives in the development of fleet planning and organizational needs
• Managing and developing a maintenance control function in order to provide an effective service of fleet in operation maintenance support and reporting within the company.
• Developing and implementing integrated planning process to ensure that maintenance, investment and disposal plans are implemented in a cost effective and controlled manner.
• الاشراف الاداري والفني علي مجموعة العمل اكثر من 40 عامل بالورشة وقسم الميكنة الزراعية والنقل
• اعداد الموازنة السنوية للصيانة .
• اعداد طلبات قطع الغيار لجميع المعدات الثقيلة والزراعية والسيارات .ومكائن الري المحوري واجهزة الري المحوري
• الاشراف علي معالجة اعطال المعدات الثقيلة والزراعية والسيارات( بلدوزرات- قريدرات- حراثات- بذارات قمح وبرسيم - حاصدات برسيم - حاصدات قمح وذرة- حاصدات بطاطس- شتلالات طماطم- بذرات ذرة صفراء - معدات تحضير الارض -سيارات مرسيدس ومارمون وسيارات صغيرة مختلف الماركات والموديلات ) داخل اقسام الورشة المختلفة.
• اعداد برامج الصيانة الوقائية للمعدات الثقيلة والزراعية والسيارات العاملة بالشركة.
• العمل علي تقليل زمن توقف المعدات العاملة بالحقل بسبب الاعطال .
• الاشراف العام علي مجموعة العمل بالورشة وتوزيع المهام عليهم .
• استلام المعدات الجديدة وتركيبها والوقوف علي طريقة عملها وصيانتها
• تنفيذ البرامج الزراعية لمختلف العمليات الزراعية
• مراجعة المنصرف لضبط التكلفة في عمليات الصيانة للمعدات
