-------• Plans, organizes, directs, and administers the requirements of the projects construction activities to ensure the timely delivery of the project.

• Responsible for the management and supervisory oversight of all construction activities from the initiation of construction until project close-out.

• Maintaining H &S project schedules, quality objectives by effectively delegating and expediting project work and remaining within budget

Essential Functions:

•Plans, organizes, directs sub contarctors & suppliers, controls suppliers, and manages the departmental staff of the project.

•Develops and implements onsite strategies and policies pertaining to the achievement of schedule, budget and quality.

•Organizes, mobilizes, and directs individual project personnel and coordinates the efforts of Subcontractors involved in large and complex projects including their planning, scheduling, and construction activities.

•Manages groups of in-house and sub-contracted engineering and construction personnel engaged in diverse and complex construction activities.

•Methods and techniques of Subcontractor claim avoidance.
