• All work is carried out as per the company HSE policy with special emphasis on handling of Toxic and hazardous materials, use of appropriate PPE and segregation and disposal of laboratory chemical waste.
• Analytical equipment accuracy by preparing standard reagents and performing calibration checks of all instruments on routine basis.
• Required to work after the normal working hours as per production and shipping requirements, It involves analysis requirements during plant emergencies, planned plant studies, plant overhauls and products analysis during ship loading.
• Make calculations, prepares first copy of the daily analysis reports. Enters data daily into recording books and computers, highlights abnormal results to the QC in charge.
• Good housekeeping by cleaning work area and all glassware used during analysis. Ensures that workplace is well organized by orderly orientation of all laboratory material including data logging books and files as per the instructions of QC in charge.

Analysis of Ethanol, Water and Sludge from Storage Tank. Product wise the following parameters are analyzed as per ASTM, IP and BIS methods
