Job responsibility
•Designing of Complete MEP services for villas.
•Designing of Complete HVAC, Plumbing, fire fighting and Drainage.
•Site Inspection and co-ordination of complete MEP Works.
•Material Approval as per Specification.
•Reviewing and approval of Workshop Drawings.
•Applying and getting approvals of NOC required, from various authorities
•Having regular meeting with Client and Contractors for smooth running of the Project.
Responsible for making decisions concerning the management of personnel and production.
Duties
•Accomplishing manufacturing staff to meet the job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising job results, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
•Contributing my full effort with my team to give better results all the time.
•Creating and revising systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems and forms of control, budgetary and needed requirements.
•Ensuring operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
•Maintaining work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting the processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
•Providing the manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests.
•Resolving problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending action
