• Responsible for order processing and fulfillment on multiple online platforms (woocommerce, Amazon,
noon, carrefour online).
• Processing up to 50 orders per day, including packing, booking or coordinating courier shipments, overseeing
handover.
• Sole responsibility for ensuring that all shipped orders are proactively tracked and delivery is verified in line
with customer expectations.
• Managed daily coordination with the Dubai team for two-way stock movement between Dubai and Fujairah.
• Responsible for warehouse organisation, product management (preparing products for supply), and period
stock counts.
• Directly in contact with the founder of the business on a daily basis on ad-hoc tasks, and assisted in
on-boarding multiple employees, including walkthroughs of processes in depth.
