Assure proper purchasing procedures, looking for the best
quality and pricing as per the company guidelines and the
market.
Supplier evaluation and scoring, based on pricing evaluation,
service efficiency, material quality and commitment to
delivery time.
Responsible for managing general procurement and petty
cash purchases.
Input real-time and accurate data entry in ERP system, and
maintain accurate records of supplier data, and contact
details in the system.
Perform-other work-related task as required as assigned.

Liaise and act as the main point of contact with the
designated third-party logistics provider on
inbound/outbound logistics.
Ensure that end market documentation are met for all
shipments - main contact with 3rd party logistics provider
and authorities.
Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time
delivery and resolve any issue or delay.
Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for
improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop operational relationship with selected logistics
provider.
