Applying for immigration works which includes : Typing of Visa Application/ Change Status/Cancellation, Emirates ID, DHA/ MOHAP - medical and Orient Insurance
• Supervise & train junior /new staff, Performance appraisal, maintaining work schedules for the staff & providing telephonic assistance for the customer & staff
• Responsible for administration, payroll, verifying staff leave, Recruiting & interviewing
• Coordinating with PRO’s for License & Dubai Municipality Approvals, Memorandum Of Association, Labor & Immigration works
• Coordinating for the visa and labor processing for the staff
• Responsible for payments and communicating effectively with the clients for payment, preparing daily reports for the staff and keeping it up to date
