Responsible of a product portfolio specialized in advanced applications integrated and compatible with Motorola’s solutions.
Sales support activities through sales meetings and presentations to strategic customers via meetings, seminars, trade shows, and other activities for communication of in-depth portfolio details, including competitive advantages, product roadmap aligned with customer’s present and future needs, etc.
Product enabling through internal regional ship acceptance processes, country homologations, marketing campaigns, knowledge transfer to sales and regional sales support teams.
Develop and implement winning bid strategies including competitive, technical and financial environment analysis.
Develop business relations with third party software vendors based in the Pakistan and abroad from concept and development requirements through contract negotiations.
Manage new product introductions, end of life, and last time buys.
Leadership role during pre and post-sale phases on strategic projects.
Responsible for enabling Motorola and a whole new line of mobile computing, advanced data capturing (scanners) and RFID from an acquired company, Symbol Technologies, into the Pakistani market for business deployment and marketing. The work included product type acceptance, training to sales teams, training to customers, development of promotional events in Pakistan and more. Today, Motorola is well positioned as a provider of rugged handheld computers and scanners in Pakistan.
A competent and experienced project / program manager, with over 15 years’ experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams of varying sizes and complex programs of work. Has the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders and to turn proposals into reality. Especially successful in management roles that demand rigor, a high level of drive and dedication and a focus on delivering business outcomes through the use of methodologies .
