DATA SCIENTIST: As a core member of the Advanced Analytics team of the European headquarters, I was closely involved in aiding the digital transformation of the organization. Among a portfolio of projects, I had implemented a digital twin, a new way of working for the sales representative interactions with country-wide physicians. I had developed and managed a data-backed, segmentation-based omnichannel recommendation call plan for Daiichi Sankyo across major EU affiliates. The product (engagement plan) was an effective tool in the customer engagement journey and had greatly boosted the country-wide sales of cardiovascular products.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST | HARDWARE PROCUREMENT: Developed and co-invented an AI enabled application for hardware cost estimation using machine learning and deep learning techniques of Computer Vision. This AI development enabled our team at VPC Luxembourg to win the CIPS Business Transformation Award 2019. This AI advancement has drastically reduced the analysis time and has generated an estimated savings of more than 10 million Euros. Currently Vodafone has filed a patent for this AI application.

SOFTWARE MANAGER | SOFTWARE PROCUREMENT: Analysis of applications for functional and non-functional requirements. Review and assessment of the as-is technical architecture. Providing inputs into final decisions regarding software procurement.

Developed and performed manual test cases analysis that included feature testing of security, integration, performance, quality features of commercial large-scale Speech Recognition
based applications.

Analyzed the organization’s core processes, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Identified requirements, and defined the future state of business solution. Performed extensive scientific research and synthesized information.

Developed software codes for data analysis and ETL development. The client, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is the regulator of the securities and commodity market in India. This project intends to use transactional data to identify fraudulent transactions and put in automation checks to alert and identify insider trading using business logics.
