• Install and configure server, desktop, laptop and hardware operating systems and applications.
• Install configure and support an organization’s local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) of a network system.
• Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users is 100% and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
• Maintain & update the Active Directory including (security domains, user profiles & other resources on the network).
• Upgrading and implementing new forthcoming systems as needed to improve efficiency and consistency (e.g. new mailing system/operating system for server, pc/laptop, and other softwares as per corporate guideline).

• Train and advise users on LAN access and the best use of computer and network’s facilities.
• Troubleshoot computer, network and software problems on the spot.
• Install, configure or update business software if/when required. Including transfer of data, installation of patches and other required files to PC throughout the office.
• Install configure logistics software (SNP, NBMS, BMS & RP etc)
• Optimize system parameters for best performance.
• Monitor network performance to establish upgrade or replacement.
• Establishing & maintaining network security measures including anti virus & firewall.
• Upgrading Hardware Equipment as needed to improve reliability efficiency.
• Requirement and query of toner, ribbon, cartridge and other accessorise price and implementation.
• Black berry setup & troubleshooting and Siemens PBX handling.
• Maintain & update hardware, software inventory list and system documentation.
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users and other professionals.
