• Setting up appointments with clients as requested.
• Fixed Assets administration and inventory management for Jeddah Office.
• Serves as part of the Human Resources team along as needed
• Acting as first point of contact for Deloitte visitors to the office, which will include meeting and greeting clients
• Company inductions & Orientation for new employees in Jeddah.
• Assist HR Regional Manager/KSA Head office in recruitment and mobilization in Jeddah
• Arrange interviews in accordance with Leaders/Managers & HR manager’s availability.

Main Activities :

Issue permits and licenses.
Supervise the lands program.
Perform other related duties as required.

Processing the refund of air ticket.
Follow up the wait listed booking and make them confirm.
Billing of all issued ticket in TA PRO(Travel Professional software for accounts)
Handle the tasks of supporting and management in organizing and controlling reports.
Handle the tasks of controlling and monitoring documents and assure its compliance with corporate methodology and procedures.

Bachelor of Commerce Higher secondary Calicut University - Kerala, India Kerala Secondary Board, India COMPUTER LITERACY Well experienced with Windows Environment and MS Office Tools, especially Excel, Word and Power Point. Learned Oracle and much conversant with internet and e-mailing tools.
