*** Material:
Study project specifications & Drawings (civil & architectural) to provide all materials from suppliers to project .( Arrange project materials and quantities in the tables which facilitate the mechanism of action with regard to the timeline prepared by the Planning Engineer)
Meetings with consultant and client to discuss about Materials (By consultant meetings I was able to convince about the quality of the material and compliance with specifications).
Prepare contracts with subcontractors after consultant & client approval and after studying the Subcontractor quotations (Slashed payroll/benefits administration costs 30% by negotiating pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of services.)
Work with draftsman in order to complete the necessary drawings for the project, including materials approved by the consultant and then meeting with the consultant to correct remarks.
** Supervision :
To be sure that all the materials have been installed matching with drawings.
such as : piling, dewatering, concrete works, steel reinforcement, block, plaster, waterproofing …etc
Finishing materials like ( ceramic, marble, epoxy, curtain walls, stons… etc ),
