Responsibilities:
•I have the authority of all the matters of an administrative nature. Responsible for conducting all foreign correspondences. Translate all office correspondences -Producing Tea market reports after performing, analysis & studies in English. Prepare comprehensive files of agents and clients and their LCs

•Assist Finance Manager / Operation department / logistic coordinators with tasks including but not limited to: Running import/export reports - Follow up Clearing goods through customs.
•Preparing and processing import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.
•Advising on import and export restrictions, tariff systems, quotas, or other customs-related matters
•Applying for tariff concessions or for duty drawbacks and other refunds. • Classifying goods according to tariff coding system.
•Calculating duty and tariff payments owed on shipments.
•Conferring with officials in various agencies to facilitate clearance of goods through quarantine.
•Coordinate & solve in any customs dispute between the applicant co. & the governmental authorities.
