auxiliary steam

combined cycle power plant (Chadormalo combined cycle, 2 unit 1008MW; Sirjan combined
cycle, 2 unit 1008MW, Kahnooj combined cycle, 2 unit 1008MW)
Designing and preparing the mechanical documents of package boilers including the P&ID, PFD
Calculation Reports and System Descriptions for more than 20 combined cycle power plants.
Designing the steam distribution lines and condensate recovery systems for different projects by
sizing the distribution lines and related components.
CFD Analysis of using a duct Burner and its influence in HRSG Boiler
Attending clarification meetings with the HRSG manufacturers to make sure the HRSG's design
meet the client's requirements in all aspects.
Finding a proper solution for the problems rise in the installation process of the components in
the site.
Designing the sealing ring of the piston for automotive motors under the license of a German
company called GOTZE.
Designing the sealing ring production procedure including casting and machinery process
Evaluating the ring manufacturers in the procurement process
Monitoring and testing the provided rings by other manufacturers
