Managing of all accounting processes on a day to day basis
-Involved on a day to day basis in the functioning of the company
• Handle all issues related to accounting function and bookkeeping.
• Handle all administrative issues of the Company.
• Arrange for maintaining and updating employee “P” files.
• Ensure that the transactions are properly captured in the organisational and relevant programmes’ financial records.
• Control and sign bank reconciliations.
• Supervise the implementation of HR & Payroll system and attend to any problems that may occur.
• Ensure sufficient amount of petty cash is available and maintain cash forecast.
• Prepare balance sheets and annual budgets.
• Prepare consolidated budget plan / implementation and financial performance reports on a quarterly /bi-annual basis as directed by the General Manager.
• Prepare and maintain monthly payroll according to Co. policy and procedures.

• Analyze cost effectiveness of expenditure.
• Prepare accounts for audit and act on the recommendations of External Auditors.
• Manage the Company’s administrative systems including personnel, procurement, logistics and general office functions.
• Participate in the resource mobilization by preparing all required financial documentation.
• Manage bank accounts, monitor cash-flow ensuring that sufficient funds are always available. Arrange communication and correspondence letters and save properly.
• Check and verify time sheet for employees
• Ensure that all purchase requests are promptly attended to.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the General Manager.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
