Senior Network Engineer
• Designing of Small, Medium and large networks with advanced network technology, specially unified communication and contribute in the implementation with the implementation team in the small, medium and the Mega Project (for instance The Castle project in Macca, MOI new project and Hajj terminal in Jeddah).
•good knowledge about the deferent models of Cisco routers and Switches and the Deferent versions of the IOS and the Cisco protocols
•Also good knowledge of the Cisco Voice systems designing small and large projects with good knowledge of the call manager, voice gateway, unity and Cisco IP Phones.

Responsibilities:
Enterprise Support Engineer:
• Responsible for aspects of software and systems configuration, commissioning, field support and systems integration of all Dell related equipments.
• Extensively working with advanced data comm systems, modems, telephone systems, satcom and computer networks.
• Liaising with various departments throughout the various stages of inception to completion.
• Preparing software configuration packages, commissioning testing and other related field support work.
• Providing on-going technical support to products in the field.
• Designated certified specialist in servers and storages across entities specialist in DELL products.
• Installing, troubleshooting and repair of Dell and Acer computer (desktop, laptop and servers) as well as Microsoft products like Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Millennium, Windows 2000 and Windows XP, Office 97, Office 2000 and Office XP pro.
Resources Controller of Customer services:
• Manage Customer Management Unit to deliver the required service standards to retail & corporate clients, by managing, developing and monitoring the ongoing performance of Customer Service Executives (CSEs).
• Allocate resources in relevance to the magnitude of the problem, coordinate with call centers to minimize turn-around time for complaints and ensure critical issues are prevented from escalating.
• Execute service and technical support as per corporate manual minimum exceptions.
• Monitor the business market, collecting and distributing, within the CSC and to Head Office essential and/or useful marker information and market intelligence.
