Playing Internal Pharmacy various roles including the following:

• Verifying physicians’ orders and dispensing medications according to the internal pharmacy policy.
• Prepare and labelling medications’ containers.
• Perform double check on all prepared medication prior to dispense them to patients.
• Compounding chemotherapy agent and IV sterile medications including electrolytes solutions and TPN preparation.
• Handling Control and Narcotic medications prescriptions through the proper legal documentation
• Process repacking for unit-dose medication.
• Managing inventory and making orders for medication and pharmacy supplies.
• Communicate to physicians, nurses and health practitioner regarding medications’ ordering, medications’ safety and education.

Oversighting warehouses and purchase operations and involving in different roles including:
• Performing Monthly Rolling Forecast.
• Involve and contribute to the Monthly Stock Report Analysis and Monthly Sales Report Analysis.
• Coordinating oversea various suppliers’ shipments.
• Aligning with Regulatory Affairs department to guarantee the best supply chain management practice.
• Determine stock replenishment
• Processing purchase orders.

Operating among the warehouse management team and covering the following:
 Supervising Inbound warehouse area.
 Ensure vendors delivery documents are compliant with purchase orders issued either by the project’s first party (Ministry of Interior), or by the project’s second party (NUPCO)
 Performing the quality checkup, which required according SMSA SOP, including:
 delivery truck physical appearance check
 temperature control of shipment through Data Logger reading.
 Goods technical investigation (Outer packing, Expiry, active ingredient and strength, quantity).
 Stocking as per SMSA SOPs.

Responsibilities and duties include:
 Handling any designated restaurant station up to the Five Guys standard.

Develop, implement, and evaluate a new modality of purchase processing by utilizing the IT department services under premium cooperation level. Results were reduction of processing time to ten days for the all-different tenders, as significant minimization of processing errors. Upon evaluation, the new SOP for SGH turned in an obstacle free workflow among follow-up, warehouses, and accounting departments.
