Responsible to meet or exceed the annual Rental budget by ensuring the effective coverage of all areas within the Region.
Meet or exceed the annual Ex-rental target by ensuring the effective coverage of all areas within the Region. Meet or exceed the new business development target by ensuring the effective coverage of all major projects within the region. Meet or exceed the CAT-product line target.
Recommend, assign and monitor the performance of sales staff. Represent the department in professional sales negotiations with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of the business relationship. Analyze the technical aspects of all quotations presented to customers to insure that the units offered meet the application requirement. Produce realistic and timely targets to assist Management in inventory planning. Recommend, to management, the addition of new units in the fleet.
Ensure that staff, under his supervision, receives the necessary training and counseling to conduct their job in a professional manner. Monitor and document all relevant market and competitive activities to assist Management in strategic planning.
Responsible to Search & identify customer enquiries and follow-up on any equipment Rental requirement (CAT Gen Set (Power plant project or Individual units ), JLG Man lift, IR Compressors, CAT Forklift, Telehandler, Cranes, Tower light and Welding machines. And sale of ex-Rental (Used Equipment) available in the Rental fleet and CRS Equipment (Tower light, Welding machine, power washer and tools.
In addition to existing customer coverage, identify, develop and achieve new potential rental business opportunities within the financial targets and objectives as set by the Divisional Management.
I am trying to have a good knowledge in all changes in the various models of equipment in the Rental fleet.
I am following -up on payments and collection of any outstanding Rental invoices.
I have a very good experience in the technical side of all Rental Store equipment that I worked for 3 years in workshop by my hand in workshop.
Responsible to study and Install Rental power
• Project (evaluating and maintaining temporary power at customer sites, study customer electrical power requirements 15 K.W. to 30 M.W., Prepare single line diagrams with Site layout and write Service or Job Reports, Supervise the overall operation of the project site.. I worked in many projects with Several customers SEC, ARAMCO and others
Responsible to diagnose, Troubleshoot all Rental electrical problems on CAT Rental Diesel Power Generating units And all related equipment and accessories, i.e.
Transformers, Switchgears, Synchronization
Panels, MTS etc., including electrical problems on
Other Rental fleet units (CAT genset, Forklift,
Telehandler, Skid loader & Ingersoll-Rand
Compressor, Lincoln and Miller Welding
Machine and Amida Tower light. JlG man lift.
And I have good mechanical background in general related to all above that I worked by my hand.
