Job responsibilities as Service Responsible - Ticketing:
⦁ Process all flight bookings and issuance of tickets for the company.
⦁ Review and verify the travel requisitions in coordination with Personnel department.
⦁ Manage VIP accounts and bookings coordinate with Personnel department and maintain a tentative travel plan for Senior Managers.
⦁ Coordinate with logistics arrangements (Hotel and Local travel) for the mission employees at the destination.
⦁ Assist managers requiring special assistance regarding dates of travel.
⦁ Collect information and prepares LPOs.
⦁ Coordinate with Finance department to ensure payments to the agencies.
⦁ Develop and maintain relationship with Airlines that include maintain current and renew existing contracts sourcing new deals with other airlines and negotiating to bring down current prices.
⦁ Identify ticketing agents and sign agreement to get best deals.
⦁ Manage travel agents by coordinating the service provided by agencies and manage the work load between agencies as per business requirements.
⦁ Manage Departmental records as required by the processes.
⦁ Responsible for training and development requirements of team members.
⦁ Prepare reports on ticketing function for management.

Job responsibilities as HR Assistant:
• Assist day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Prepare certificates and letters requested by the employees.
• Coordinate with the Insurance Department for deletion/ addition of employee records.
• Processes and maintains leave records according to established guidelines.
• Calculates all leaves taken and accrued in accordance with labor law, initiates action for employees on leave without pay.
• Answers employee's queries and advise them appropriately plan their leaves, resolves leave-related issues.
• Capture leave-related data into computer within established time frames.
• Document personnel actions in appropriate records system, close employee files and enter resignation/termination data into computer.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data.
• Collect and prepare relevant documents for Visa processing.
• Coordinate with Admin department on housing and logistical requirements for employees
• Coordinate with various internal departments on various requirements
• Handle administrative duties with regards to allowances and dues for all employees.
• Maintain employee personal data and records

Joined the company as a Ticketing Administrator responsible enough to carry out all travel related procedures of an employee.

• Arrange air tickets for the employees / employers and their families.
• Check the availability of seats on the system and informing the employees.
• Coordinate with the Personal Department to collect the travel and accommodation request and keep a plan for the employees expected to travel on vacation.
• Make reservations using Amadeus system.
• Transfer PNR to the travel agency and sending them e-mail to issue the ticket.
• Send issued tickets to the Personal Department.

• Make hotel reservations and car rental as per their itinerary for business travels.
• Arrange airport pick and drop off for business class passengers.
• Make LPOs as per the tickets issued on day to day basis.
• Cross check the invoices given the travel agent before it is sending to the accounts department.
• Assist section head in any matters as and when required.
• Prepare utilization reports for each airline.
