Responsibilities
• Studying the client’s requirements & identifying key skills to source
the right candidate fit.
• Client handling
• Sourcing candidates matching to the given skill-set via different
sources like job portals, LinkedIn, internal database and reference
generation
• Arranging for personal interview on short listing, having good co-
ordination with the client arranging the final interview
• Building & maintaining good rapport with the candidates resulting in
candidate engagement.
• Keeping the internal database updated with respect to the fresh
profiles as well as reactivating old profiles to tap the talent pool for
multiple clients.
• Profile screening & sharing the profiles matching the requirement
• Scheduling interviews of shortlists, coordination and follow up till
offer roll-out stage. Effectively exercising post offer follow up for
closing the position.
